The property, located at 4800-4824 129th St, Alsip, IL, was 100% leased to a mix of local tenants. The purchaser, a Cincinnati-based investor, was represented by Dan Waszak, Executive Vice President at Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. The Seller, an Indianapolis-based group, was represented by Joseph Coombes of Market Commercial Real Estate.
