The property sold for $5,650,000. At the time of sale, the property was fully occupied by Panda Express, Batteries Plus, Crumbl Cookies, Jersey Mike’s, Oreck Vacuums, H&R Block, Rosati’s Pizza, and Little Greek. The buyer is a private real estate investor based in Florida. The seller is a local private real estate investor.
