Chicago, IL (May 4th, 2021) – Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail shopping center located at 3410 Highway 528 in Albuquerque, NM. The property sold for $6,650,000. At the time of sale, the property was 100% occupied by Jason’s Deli, Starbuck’s, The Joint, Baskin Robbins, UbreakiFix, Minerva Canna, and a few local tenants. The buyer is a private real estate investor based in Florida. The seller is a private real estate investment firm from California. Chad Firsel, President of Quantum, and Jason Lenhoff, Senior Vice President of Quantum, represented the seller in the transaction.
Mr. Lenhoff had the following comments regarding the transaction, “The Shoppes at Alameda is your typical A+ real estate shopping center, truly an irreplaceable location. The property is an outlot to Lowe’s Home Improvement, and is shadow-anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Petco, Cost Plus, Bed Bath & Beyond, and is within a few blocks of the Cottonwood Regional Mall.” Lenhoff continued, “The buyer and his lender were completely unfazed by the cannabis dispensary and, in fact, were truly excited to have them as a tenant. The location and tenants are both a great long-term investment for this buyer.”
