The property sold for $9,040,000. At the time of sale, the property is 97% leased and occupied by: Enterprise, One Main Financials, Chop’d, Khaos Brewcade and Kitchen, and other local and national tenants. The buyer is a private investor based in Illinois. The seller is a local family development company based in the Western Suburbs. Brett Berlin, Vice President, was the sole broker of the transaction.
