Chicago, IL (May 11, 2016) – Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a 17,562 square foot multi-tenant retail center located at 1040-1060 S Sutton Rd in Streamwood, IL. Known as Willow Pond Marketplace, the property was sold for $4,150,000. The property features national tenants: GameStop, Jimmy John’s, Sport Clips and Kiddie Academy. The buyer was a private real estate investor based in suburban Chicago. The Seller was a California based investor. Chad Firsel, President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. and Daniel Waszak, Senior Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. were the sole brokers in this transaction.
Mr. Firsel had the following comments regarding the transaction, “The buyer was able to acquire a very attractive property that has a nice stable mix of national and regional tenants.” He continues, “This will be an excellent long-term hold for the buyer.”
Mr. Waszak added, “The buyer was able to acquire the property and assume the existing financing. While this assumption process was not without its challenges, all parties work in concert to assure the closing.”
