Chicago, IL (February 23, 2017) – Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant building located at 5111 Main Street in Mishawaka, IN. The property sold for $4,250,000. The building is brand new construction and is 100% occupied by: Potbelly, Ossip Optometry, and Pie Five. The property is shadow-anchored by Meijer and located in a highly developed commercial corridor in Mishawaka. The buyer was a private real estate investor based in Chicago.
