The property was sold for $1,975,000. The property is comprised of two multitenant retail buildings and two warehouse units. The two retail buildings total 22,460 square feet and are currently 71% occupied. The Seller was a lending institution based in the Midwest. The buyer was a private real estate investor based in Northwest Indiana. Chad Firsel, President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. was the sole broker in this transaction.
