Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. brokers sale of a 57,499 square foot shopping center in Orland Park, IL

Chicago, IL (January 13, 2015) – Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a 57,499 square foot shopping center, Marley Creek Square, located at 18000-18092 Wolf Road in Orland Park, IL. The property was sold for $5,450,000. The neighborhood center consists of three buildings: a 27,550 SF building inline with Jewel-Osco and anchored by Chase Bank, a 24,461 SF building anchored by a large neighborhood restaurant Barraco’s, and a 5,488 SF outlot building anchored by Starbucks and Jimmy Johns. The Seller was a local real estate operator based in Orland Park, IL and the buyer was a private real estate investor based in Rolling Meadows, IL. Chad Firsel, President and Conor Bossy, Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. were the sole brokers in the transaction.

Mr. Firsel had the following comments regarding the transaction, “we received multiple offers within a week of marketing the property.
