Chad Firsel, President and Conor Bossy, Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. were the sole brokers in the transaction.
Mr. Firsel had the following comments regarding the transaction, “we received multiple offers within a week of marketing the property. The buyer paid ‘all-cash’ and the contract was signed at closing.” Mr. Bossy adds, “The significant interest demonstrates the strong demand for value added deals in the marketplace. Ultimately, this was a great acquisition for this buyer as they were able to get an under-performing asset with significant upside potential.”
