The asset sold for $1,500,000, which was 99% of the list price. The center is 100% occupied by Sherwin-Williams & 24/7 Gym. The seller, an investor out of Texas, was represented by Zack Hilgendorf, Executive Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., and Nick Hilgendorf, Associate of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. Quantum was able to source a local Colorado buyer, who was represented by Carlos Cabreja of Resident Realty.
