The 5,936 square foot property sold for $1,987,500 and was leased to Starbucks, Verizon, and Subway at the time of sale. The buyer was an investment group out of Washington DC. The seller was a national developer based in Phoenix, AZ. Jack Farritor, Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., represented both sides in the transaction.
