The property sold for $2,510,000.00. The buyer is a local private real estate investment group. The seller is a local property owner from Chicago. Chad Firsel, President of Quantum, represented the Seller, and Jason Lenhoff, Vice President of Quantum, represented the buyer in the transaction.
