The 9,062 square foot property sold for $3,900,000. The property was built in 2014 and is 100% leased to a mix of national and local tenants: Taco Bell, Jersey Mike’s, Generation V, Top Q Nails & Spa, Cricket Wireless, and Pinnacle Bank. The property is in the heart of the major retail corridor of Bellevue, NE. The buyer was a family office based in the Midwest was buying multiple well located strip centers throughout the country. This property was part of a 1031 Starker Exchange. The seller was a private development group based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
