The 5,650 square foot property, sold for $2,800,000. Built in 2005 and featuring high-quality, all brick construction, the property was fully leased to Starbucks, Advance America, Pizza Hut and T-Mobile. The buyer was a private real estate investor based in Silicon Valley, CA. The seller was a small real estate fund based in Connecticut. Mr. Waszak had the following comments regarding the transaction, “The buyer was looking to put some excess cash to work in a high-quality asset with the intention of holding long-term.
