Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. brokers sale of a multi-tenant retail center in Broadview, IL

Chicago, IL (March 29, 2018) – Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail center, Rose Plaza, located at 2828 S 17th, Broadview, IL. The 5,650 square foot property, sold for $2,800,000. Built in 2005 and featuring high-quality, all brick construction, the property was fully leased to Starbucks, Advance America, Pizza Hut and T-Mobile. The buyer was a private real estate investor based in Silicon Valley, CA. The seller was a small real estate fund based in Connecticut. Daniel Waszak, Senior Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented the seller in the transaction.

Mr. Waszak had the following comments regarding the transaction, “The buyer was looking to put some excess cash to work in a high-quality asset with the intention of holding long-term. All four tenants have extended their Leases at this property, showing continued, long-term commitment.” Mr. Waszak continued, “The Seller’s had come full-circle with this investment and were able to get an attractive valuation. They are rolling the proceeds from this sale into new acquisitions.”
