The 6,700 square foot property sold for $4,180,000. The property is 100% leased to a mix of national and local tenants: Starbucks, T-Mobile, and Firehouse Subs. The property is in the heart of the major retail corridor of Saraland, AL just outside Mobile. The buyer was Nashville based investor that was in a 1031 exchange. The seller was a Southeast-based developer that focuses on single and multi-tenant retail development across the country. Zack Hilgendorf, Executive Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction.
The buying broker, Mr. Zack Hilgendorf said, “Demand for well-located strip centers with a strong tenant mix still remain very desirable and this deal was just another example of that.”
