The property was sold to a Chicago-based buyer for $4,450,000. The center is anchored by Aspen Dental and Vitamin Shoppe who have been both in the center for over 12-years. The seller was a Miami-based developer who originally built the center back in 2010. Zack Hilgendorf, Executive Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., represented the seller in this transaction.
Mr. Hilgendorf had the following comments regarding the transaction, “The buyer was looking to put some excess cash to work in a high-quality asset with the intention of holding long-term. The buyer was able to acquire a well-built property located in the center of the regional trade area.” Mr. Hilgendorf continued, “This was a strategic disposition for the Seller as he reallocates capital within his portfolio.”
