Chicago, IL (November 9th, 2021) – Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a single-tenant industrial warehouse building located at 705 Canterbury Rd., Kings Mountain, NC. The 467,781 square foot warehouse, which is solely occupied by Hanes Brands, Inc., sold for $33,200,000. The deal was brokered by Jason L. Caplan, Executive Vice President of Quantum, and Lyman Phillips, President of Golden Lion Capital. Both parties involved in the disposition and acquisition of the property are headquartered in New York.
Mr. Caplan had the following comments regarding the transaction, “The geographical location of the property off Interstate 85, along with the highly credited tenant, were the driving forces behind the interest in this deal. Mr. Caplan added, “the demand from my clients for these 500,000 SF or larger off-market industrial deals continues to outpace supply.”
