Chicago, IL (June 16, 2020) – Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a single-tenant medical building located at 930 Trailwood Drive in Youngstown, OH. The property sold for $815,000. At the time of sale, the property was 100% occupied by BrightView Health, a behavioral health 
clinic specializing in the treatment of opioid addiction, in addition to many other behavior health services provided. The buyer was a private real estate investor based in Ohio. The seller is a local real estate investment and development company. Chad Firsel, President of Quantum, and Jason Lenhoff, Senior Vice President of Quantum, represented the seller in the transaction.
