The portfolio sold for $2,560,400. Both freestanding assets were built in 2022, had over 9 years of lease term remaining, and featured minimal landlord responsibilities. Zack Hilgendorf, Executive Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., and Nick Hilgendorf, an Associate of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., represented the seller, a Southeast-based developer. The buyer was a fund based out of Miami and was unrepresented in this transaction.
