The roughly 26,000 square foot property was built in 2007 and featured high-quality brick construction. The property was fully leased at the time of the sale to an attractive tenant line up including; Starbucks, Panda Express, Aspen Dental and AT&T among others. The Seller was a Chicago-based private investor and the buyer was a Miami based investor.
