The roughly 18,600 square-foot property was 80% leased at the time of sale and sold for $2,000,000. The buyer is an investment group based in Atlanta, GA. The seller is a private fund based on the East Coast. Dan Waszak, Executive Vice President, represented the seller in the transaction.
Mr. Waszak had the following comments regarding the transaction, “The buyer acquired a value-add multi-tenant neighborhood shopping center in a tertiary submarket of Indiana. The site is 80% leased to a mix of local and national tenants. The center has a light value-add component of one vacant suite totaling roughly 3,800 SF, along with an additional pad for development.” Mr. Waszak continued, “after procuring multiple offers, we were able to identify the right buyer for this asset. This was a seamless transaction for both parties.”
