Chicago, IL (January 12, 2016) – Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale Savannah Crossings of a 14,787 square foot retail complex, divided in two buildings. Located in Aurora, IL, the property was 100% leased at the time of sale to national tenant including: Starbucks, Chipotle, H&R Block, T-Mobile and GameStop, among others. Built in 2008 the property is a Wal-Mart out-lot and features attractive, all-brick construction. The Seller was a local investor based in Illinois. The buyer was a real estate investment fund based in New England. Daniel J. Waszak, Senior Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. was the sole broker in this transaction.
Mr. Waszak had the following comments regarding the transaction, “The buyer was able to acquire a 100% leased asset in an excellent location.
