Built in 1998, CVS has operated there for almost 20 years and recently signed a new, 20-year lease. The Seller was a Dallas-based investor and the buyer was an investment fund based in California. Daniel Waszak, Senior Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented the Seller in the transaction.
Mr. Waszak has the following comments regarding the transaction. “The Seller was able to get a new-20-year extension out of CVS, which shows the tenants long-term commitment to the site. The Buyer was able to acquire a high-quality property that fit in well with their overall investment strategy.” Mr. Waszak continued, “Both parties worked in conjunction to close this transaction in roughly 30 days.”
