Chicago, IL (March 12, 2026) – Dan Sanfilippo has been hired as Vice President at Quantum Real Estate Advisors. Dan’s role will focus on growing Quantum’s successful single-tenant investment sales team, which advises and guides clients on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant assets.
Dan joins Quantum after spending over 5 years on the principal side of commercial real estate, handling acquisition responsibilities for boutique groups in Charlotte, NC and Chicago, IL. Dan acquired over 40 properties across 10 states, totaling over $100 million. His experience ranges from QSRs, Daycares, Automotive, Banks, and Dollar Stores. He has underwritten and offered on over $1 billion worth of assets. Dan will use his background and expertise in single-tenant commercial assets to assist his clients through the entire acquisition and disposition process.
