Chicago-based Quantum Real Estate Advisors recently announced two personnel changes. Zack Hilgendorf has been promoted to senior vice president. Additionally, the firm has hired Seth Gilford as an associate within the firm.
Hilgendorf’s rare skill set and in-depth knowledge of the nuances of net-lease transactions have proven to be a valuable resource for his clients. His commitment to his clients has allowed him to close over $300 million in sales since he joined the company in 2017. This work has not gone unnoticed as Hilgendorf has been featured in numerous publications including most recently REjournals’ “CRE Future Leaders.”
“We are thrilled to see Zack elevate his career and serve his client better each day,” said Chad M. Firsel, president. “He is relentless with his efforts and we are lucky to have him part of the Quantum team.”
Gilford’s role at Quantum Real Estate Advisors will focus on continuing to support the company’s growth and advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.
“We are delighted to have Seth as part of the Quantum family,” Firsel said. “His tenacity, work ethic and analytical skills will help our team grow and in turn, provide excellent advisory service for our clients”
