Meet The Team

Dan is a commercial real estate broker specializing in the sale of single tenant retail, medical, and industrial assets. His background is in commercial acquisitions, having closed deals nationwide.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude at the University of Alabama, Dan joined a boutique syndication group in North Carolina acquiring value-add properties. He then returned to his home state of Illinois to run the acquisitions team for a Chicago-based group. Having spent over 5 years as a principal, he started as an entry level associate and grew to become a Vice President. He now concentrates on single tenant investment sales brokerage for Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. in Chicago.

Dan has acquired 40 properties totaling over $100 million across ten different states, ranging from QSRs, Daycares, Automotive, Banks, and Dollar Stores. In addition to underwriting and offering on over $1 billion worth of assets, he has closed deals listed with brokers, off market with owners, and sale leasebacks direct with tenants. This diverse background helps him understand his clients’ plans, intentions, and strategies with their investments.

Outside of real estate, Dan is an avid football fan who spends his weekends supporting the Chicago Bears and Alabama Crimson Tide.
