A 5,215-square-foot retail building leased to iFLY at 800 W. Scott Street in Chicago has sold for $3.4 million. Located in the Clybourn Corridor near the NewCity development, the building was used as a modern indoor skydiving facility.

Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. President, Chad Firsel, represented the buyer, a private Chicago-based real estate investor, and the seller, a Chicago-based developer, in the transaction.

This is the iFLY property that Quantum has sold within the last three years. The previous property was in Naperville, Illinois.
